Lets Tawk
Okay, funny story. A coworker challenged me to a push up duel. He wanted us to start at 2, alternating, then add 1 push up until we completed 12. Then reverse it until we got to 2. These are called pyramid push ups.
Now me being a martial artist and athlete, I accepted the challenge and we breezed through the first 7 or 8. However, he kept stalling right when it was before his turn to begin his set to get extra rest, but, it wasnt working.
But what gets me is he was criticizing my push ups, saying I wasn’t doing them to his satisfaction. I don’t tell him anything. Besides, he was lifting his neck before his body as they got harder, which is the incorrect way to do it. I was thinking to myself, I was completing my sets as he struggled the last few.
When we were done, he wanted to challenge me to leg lifts on a bench, but I declined. I guess he thought that since he works out on a regular basis, he could show me out, but i can do 75 push ups straight and have been doing push ups since I was ten years old.
Am slowly taking an interest in photography.

I like to rate things and create lists of things, and here is a list of my favorite websites, that I can’t live without. Of course there are a few more, though, I narrowed it down to my favorite 3 and are in no apparent order….
As a huge movie buff, I think this is the coolest movie social site on the net, although Flixter is ok, not as good as this one. It is the most reliable source for films and, which amazingly, has been around longer than the internet has. The Internet Movie database started by software engineer Col Needham, in 1990, as a simple list about actresses with beautiful eyes. The rest is history.
No explanation necessary…….
This is probably my favorite of all of them. I am on the phone app about 80 percent of the time, and I have it down to a science. Of course I have the one click purchase. By the way, this site owns IMDb.
